Westmont Homestead & Cottages
Westmont Homestead or Cottage operations are controlled by the requirements of the Aged Care Act 1997. Fees and charges are those prescribed by the Department of Health as required by all residential aged care facilities in Australia.
An assessment of Income and Assets will determine the initial entry fee and the level of ongoing fees applicable to residents.

Ongoing fees are payable monthly in advance.
Westmont Village & Apartments
Westmont Apartments and Village operation are regulated under the requirements of the Retirement Villages Act 1986 (Victorian Act). Westmont offers a 49 year lease for both the Apartments and Village which can be secured by the payment of a lease premium.
Monthly charges for the services provided to the Apartment residents such as, catering services, and other personal services apply – details of which may be obtained by contacting the Chief Financial Officer on 02 6043 9999 or email admin@westmont.org.au.
Monthly charges also apply to Village residents e.g. General Service Fee, Capital Replacement Fee and telephone/internet access.
Monthly charges for both the Apartments and Village are payable monthly in advance.
