Westmont Aged Care Services Ltd is excited to welcome new staff to work in Food Service and Cleaners in our Residential facility in Baranduda. These positions are permanent part-time with a minimum 15 hours per week. Generous salary packaging applies along with appropriate allowances for shift work.
The Westmont Homestead comprises a 134-bed Residential Aged Care facility, including a 32-bed Cottages for people living with dementia and 15 respite beds, 123 Villas and Apartments, and a recreation centre all located on 40 acres in Baranduda. We are a busy industry with guaranteed work.
Our food service department is a busy and dynamic team catering for over 200 residents daily, and more than 700 meals per day! We produce homemade morning and afternoon tea, specialty luncheons, as well as cold snacks and sandwiches available 24 hours a day. Foodservice staff work in the satellite kitchens of the facility, along with the Apartments and Villas building to prepare, heat and serve food. Barista experience is highly advantageous as our coffee shop Annie’s Café operates 365 days a year. In-house training is provided.
Our cleaners take great pride in being highly skilled, compassionate individuals who pride themselves upon their excellent standards. The role of the cleaner is to ensure all our residents live in their homes to the highest possible standard. Westmont cleaners provide excellent service, adhere to all infection control and cleaning standards, have an eye for detail to ensure our residents live happily. We expect all our residents to live in a safe environment and staff are always required to follow work instructions and cleaning protocols.
Residential Aged Care employees are considered essential workers and double vaccination is a mandatory requirement. Proof must be provided.
