We have an exciting position for a full-time qualified chef to work at our facility. Roster is Monday to Thursday, no nights and no weekends. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of bulk cooking to cater for 700 meals per day. This is an Aged Care facility with a large-scale function centre. You must respect working in a holistic environment that is both fast paced and consumer driven.
Substantial salary packaging available and a teamwork approach to all tasks is essential. The production kitchen is a small but dedicated team that work all areas of food preparation, cleaning, dishes and stock control. We are looking for an immediate start.
