Westmont Aged Care Services Ltd Residential Aged Care facility in Baranduda currently have Night Attendants positions available. The positions are permanent part-time with a minimum of 15 hours per week. Availability must be 7 days a week to work approximately 3-5 shifts per week. Generous salary packaging applies along with appropriate allowances for shift work.
The Westmont Homestead comprises a 134-bed Residential Aged Care facility, including a 32-bed Cottages for people living with dementia and 15-bed respite centre, 123 Villas, 40 Apartments, 123 Independent living houses, and a recreation centre all located on 40 acres in Baranduda.
The role of Night Attendant involves securing buildings, including a recreation centre, pool and gym, cleaning offices and public spaces, transporting food supplies and linen, stock control and attending to call-outs in our ageing in process community.
The role is often solitary meaning you will be working on your own most of the time, with nursing staff located in the residential building. Shifts are 2:30pm – 10:30pm or 10:30pm – 8:00am.
In house training is provided with no specific qualifications required.
Residential Aged Care facilities and their employees are considered essential workers and there is no impact upon hours and duties under lockdown.
