After 10 years of loving life in the hot Australian sun, we bid farewell to our Director of Care and Clinical Service, Angela McInnes.
Angela moved to Australia in 2011 and worked for Westmont as a Registered Nurse and Care Coordinator before moving into the DOCC role.
Angela’s passion for providing quality care for those living with Dementia helped Westmont create our Cottages.
The Cottages model of care, allowing residents to live in a ‘home’ lifestyle is one of her greatest achievements.
Angela is returning to England and hoping for a snowy white Christmas. With four grandchildren she felt it was time to retire and enjoy life as Granny.
We will miss her jokes 😊, her matronly manner, and talking about AFL (which she sort of understands!).
On behalf of the staff at Westmont, we thank her for her service, we wish her well and she will be missed.
