Westmont has a dedicated group of people within the Buildings and Facilities Team who are committed to provide safe, comfortable, and functional buildings. Our Team consists of qualified tradespeople and building professionals offering an in-house ability to provide prompt attention to maintenance requests and breakdown response.

Motivated to improve the quality of life and amenity of Stakeholders, we undertake a suite of preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our buildings are maintained at their best presentation.  Specialist service and attention is managed by the Team who engage trusted Contractors to ensure that a statutory compliant environment is maintained.
