Our qualifies and experienced, caring staff will provide your personal care needs. These may include:
- Dressing and undressing
- Assistance with fitting aids
- Showering, toileting and bathing
- Oral care
- Assistance with shaving and hair care
- Medication supervision
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Preparation or cooking of meals
- Support to maintain social interaction
- Assistance with shopping
- Escort for shopping, bill paying and appointments
- Respite outings for clients
- In home respite for carers
Our care workers are committed to providing discreet and respectful personal care services. We work with you in a way determined by you and we aim to support independence and to provide assistance where required.
Social Connections Groups
Our Social Connections group is a program designed to engage our community in fun and exciting ways.
We provide regular group activities from Monday. To Friday and other groups such as Younger Person’s group, a Men’s group and a Technology Connects Us group at specific days and times.
We are always looking to expand our programs to include as much of our. Community as possible. We provide this activity at the Willows building on McFarland Road Wodonga.
Regular activities include but are not limited to quizzes, gentle exercise and sports, provided crafts (or you can bring your own from home), guest speakers, movie nights, shopping trips and bus outings.
The Willow Club
This is our dementia- specific program, where our experienced and caring staff provide entertainment and activities specifically catering to those who are living with dementia.
