Residents watched as we made Scotch eggs, smelling the herbs and enjoy eating them straight from the oven with home made tomato relish. Delicious. Also enjoyed Walkers shortbread.
The morning activity was Armchair travel to Scotland.
A great intellectual, cultural and social day.
Today residents, many for the first time, looked forward to tasting Scotch Whiskey. Lorna Weppner and Val Proctor (2 wee lasses) were keen to have a wee dram.
