Welcome to Westmont Community Care
Your Wodonga Region Home Care Services specialist. Every family is different and no two situations are ever the same. We personalise our home care services to your needs and allow you to make the best decision for you and your family.
Westmont Community Care have been providing quality home care services within the Albury-Wodonga region since 2010. Today Westmont Community Care ensures quality care, assistance and support for over 1600 clients in Northeast Victoria. our service categories include Government Funded Services, Private Services and all of our home care services are also available through our Brokerage program.
Our Team
Our dedicated and passionate team of 92 local people is made up of home care staff, administrative staff, care managers, care co-ordinators, nurses and our finance, scheduling, and social connections teams are all apart of the community that they service.
Accreditation and new community centre
Recently Westmont was audited by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission as part of our 3 year accreditation process. We wanted to update you on the outcome of this process and work we are doing.
We are also excited about the new community centre built at Westmont’s Baranduda site and we envisage moving some of our programs into the new community centre and being able to offer more programs.

Westmont Service Categories
Support at Home:
Westmont’s home care services are offered through a range of government funded programs including Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Veteran Home Care, Home and Community Care Program for Younger People and more. Private Support Services:
All of Westmont’s Community Care Home Care Services are available privately to individuals and as a back up while people are waiting for their Home Care Packages to be approved.
Brokerage Service:
In addition to personalised Private Services, Westmont Community Care’s Services are available to other providers for their clients located in our region.
Westmont Community Care work collaboratively with other local organisations to ensure that our community are provided with the care they need.
