Community Care - Scheduler

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Westmont Community Care as a Scheduler.

Our Community Care team provides home care services both under government funding and brokerage services. We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate individual who is motivated to help make a difference and support people to remain living in their own homes.  The role of Scheduler is a demanding job requiring attention to detail, multitasking and patience. This role has a high volume of calls and is extremely detail orientated. Documentation is extremely important as is your ability to remain calm under pressure. You must possess excellent communication skills and be adept at dealing with our diverse clients, their families and carers.

Demonstrated Abilities:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and administration skills
  • Ability to multitask, juggle priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Organised and efficient
  • A multi-dimensional team player with the ability to work autonomously.
