HACC services in Victoria are currently undergoing a transition period with funding transferring to the Federal Government. This should be completed by 1 July 2018.
Westmont Aged Care Community Services has reached the stage where it can increase service options. With the diversity of qualified and committed staff there are many other possibilities for services they can offer.
With the impending funding change from State to Federal we will have the option of providing Community Care Services in the Albury area as well as Wodonga.
