Westmont Community Care have been providing quality home care services within the Albury-Wodonga region since 2010. Today Westmont Community Care ensures quality care, assistance and support for over 1600 clients in Northeast Victoria. our service categories include Government Funded Services, Private Services and all of our Support Options are also available through our Brokerage program.

Our dedicated and passionate team of 92 local people is made up of home care staff, administrative staff, care managers, care co-ordinators, nurses and our finance, scheduling, and social connections teams are all apart of the community that they service.

Support at Home

Westmont’s Support at Home options are offered through a range of funded activities including Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Veteran Home Care, Home and Community Care Program for Younger People and more. Private Support Services

All of Westmont’s Community Care Support Options are available privately to individuals and as a back up while people are waiting for their Home Care Packages to be approved.

Brokerage Service

In addition to personalised Private Services, Westmont Community Care’s Support Options are available to other providers for their clients if located in our region.

Westmont Community Care work collaboratively with other local organisations to ensure that our community are provided with the care they need.
