Westmont are seeking suitably qualified Community Carers to provide services to people living independently in the Community
About Westmont
Our Community Care program offers assistance with daily living from personal care, flexible respite, domestic services, shopping and transport services for the more vulnerable in the Community.
You will be responsible for the provision of providing in-home support services, including personal care, welfare checks, respite services, domestic assistance, and shopping to our clients, ensuring all individual client needs are considered and documentation is kept up to date to ensure quality care. You must be punctual and reliable and have your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
Minimum Criteria:
- Cert III in Individual Support or higher
- Must obtain a valid Police Check
- COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required inclusive of a third/booster vaccination dose, as well as a flu vaccination.
- Genuine interest in working with and caring for elderly people.
