To treat care workers without exploitation, abuse, discrimination or harassment.

To adhere to Westmont’s Community Care Code of Conduct when visiting a Westmont site or when homecare staff or contractors visit your premises-Code of conduct to be uploaded as an attachment for the client to click on.

To provide reasonable notice if you do not require home care to be provided on a particular day. At least 24 hours’ notice is required on weekdays to avoid a late cancellation fee. We do not accept cancellations over the weekend and all cancellations should be made at least on a Friday prior to your Monday service.

To accept responsibility for your own actions and choices even though some actions and choices may involve an element of risk.

To tell Westmont about any problems with the care and services.

To tell Westmont of the day you intend to cease to receive home care services before changing providers.
